These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the KADI Institute (“KADI,”
“we,” “our,” or “us”) online educational platform hosted on LearnWorlds (the “Platform”). By
accessing or using the Platform, you (“Participant,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by
these Terms.
The Platform is designed exclusively to complement KADI Institute’s in-person continuing
education programs by providing:
Recorded educational webinars
Supporting learning materials
Quizzes, assessments, and surveys related to specific courses
Access is granted only to registered participants of designated KADI Institute courses and is not
intended for public use, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.
Access credentials are personal, individual, and non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
KADI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use is detected.
Access to course materials is provided for a limited period (e.g., 15–30 days), as determined
by KADI for each course. Once access expires, materials may no longer be
available on the Platform.
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
Videos
Audio recordings
Slides
Text
Images
Quizzes and assessments
Course structure and methodology
is the exclusive intellectual property of KADI Institute and/or its faculty and licensed
contributors, and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
Record, download, screenshot, or reproduce any content
Share content with third parties
Upload content to other platforms
Use content for teaching, commercial, or promotional purposes without written authorization
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal
action.
All content provided through the Platform is intended solely for educational purposes.
Content does not constitute medical, dental, legal, or professional advice.
Clinical techniques, materials, and concepts may be advanced, experimental, or subject to
professional debate.
Participants are solely responsible for applying knowledge in compliance with:
Applicable laws and regulations
Professional licensure requirements
Ethical standards
Individual clinical judgment
KADI Institute does not guarantee clinical outcomes resulting from the application of any
content.
CE credits (if applicable) are awarded only upon completion of required components, which
may include:
Viewing designated content
Passing quizzes or assessments
Completing surveys
Failure to complete required components within the designated timeframe may result in
ineligibility for CE credits.
KADI Institute reserves the right to:
Monitor access activity
Implement technical measures to prevent unauthorized recording or distribution
Investigate suspected misuse
Any attempt to bypass Platform security may result in immediate termination of access without
refund.
KADI Institute reserves the right to:
Modify or update Platform content
Adjust access periods
Replace or remove materials
Temporarily or permanently suspend Platform availability
Such changes may occur without prior notice and are made to maintain educational quality and
operational integrity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
KADI Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from use of the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at the Participant’s own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts
located in Florida.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
